The British Land Company REIT (LSE : BLND) is one of the largest property development and investment companies in the Royaume-Uni. Formerly a plc, it switched to Real Estate Investment Trust status when REITs were introduced in the Royaume-Uni in January 2007. It is headquartered in Londres and traded on the Bourse de Londres. It is a constituent of the FTSE 100.
