Timbaland Presents Shock Value est le 2e album solo de Timbaland sorti sur Mosley Music Group/Interscope Records le 3 avril 2007. Le premier single est "Give It To Me" avec Nelly Furtado et Justin Timberlake, single qui s'est vendu à plus de 4,5 millions de copies[1]. L'album a commencé 5e du Billboard 200 avec 138 000 copies vendues aux USA, 10e au Royaume-Uni et 15e en France. "Release" et "Apologize" qui n'étaient pas des singles sont, eux, respectivement 91e et 3e du Billboard Hot 100. L'album s'est déja vendu à plus de 1,5 millions de disques.

- Sebastian, qui apparait à plusieurs reprises sur l'album, est le frère de Timbaland.
- Timbaland a enregistré un morceau avec Jay-Z et Justin Timberlake intitulé "Laff At 'Em (Give It To Me Remix)" qu'il a ensuite retiré de l'album. Le titre est cependant disponible sur Internet.
- Lil Wayne et Bun B ont repris le titre "Apologize" en samplant et en accélérant la mélodie et certains couplets originaux.
