Sarah Chalke est une actrice canadienne née le 27 août 1976 à Ottawa (Canada).

Sarah Cassandra Chalke est née à Ottawa, au Canada et a grandi à Vancouver, Colombie Britanique. Elle a deux autres soeurs. Sarah a débuté très tôt sa carrière publique, à l'âge de 8 ans, où elle fait ses premières aparitions sur scène. A 16 ans Sarah Chalke devient reporter dans kidZone, une émission canadienne destinées aux ados. En 1992 Elle obtient ensuite un rôle dans le téléfilm City Boy. L'année suivante, elle participe à la série Roseanne dans le rôle de Becky. Sarah termine ses études secondaires en 1995 et elle participe alors à plusieurs film, avant de prendre en 2001 le rôle d'Elliott Reid dans la série Scrubs. Elle parle couramment le français et l'allemand (comme vu dans plusieurs épisodes de Scrubs)
