Ce modèle permet de présenter les caractéristiques d'un hôpital ou centre hospitalier sous forme d'un tableau rangé à droite de la page.

Vous pouvez copier-coller ce modèle vide, ce qui vous donne une infobox telle qu'affichée à droite.

Aucun champ n'est obligatoire. Renseigner autant de valeurs que possible. Ainsi si "image =" n'est pas défini, sa valeur sera vide. Les autres paramètres prennent la valeur par défaut "inconnu".


  • 1 : description1 (obligatoire).
  • 2 : description2 (falcultatif, défaut2 par défaut).
  • etc.
