L'Assemblée législative de l'Ontario est l'organe législatif de la province canadienne de l'Ontario. Elle siège dans les édifices parlementaires à Queen's Park, à Toronto.
L'Acte de l'Amérique du Nord britannique de 1867, section 69, stipule : "Il y aura, pour Ontario (sic), une législature composée du lieutenant-gouverneur et d'une seule chambre appelée l'assemblée législative d'Ontario (sic)." L'assemblée législative est monocamérale, sans chambre haute, avec 103 sièges représentant des circonscriptions élus selon le mode de scrutin uninominal à un tour à la grandeur de la province. Trois formations politiques y sont representées : le Parti libéral de l'Ontario, qui forme un gouvernement majoritaire avec ses 71 députés ; le Parti progressiste-conservateur de l'Ontario, qui forme l'opposition officielle avec 26 députés ; et le Nouveau Parti démocratique de l'Ontario, avec 10 députés.
L'assemblée est aussi connue (officieusement) sous le nom de Parlement provincial de l'Ontario.
