7 Year Bitch était un groupe de musique américain entièrement féminin, d'influence punk rock et originaire de Seattle, Washington entre 1990 et 1997.

Le groupe a été formé en 1990 par la guitariste Stefanie Sargent, la bassiste Elizabeth Davis, Valerie Agnew à la batterie, et Selene Vigil au chant. Il sera secoué par la disparition en 1992 de Stefanie Sargent, victime d'une overdose, ainsi qu'en 1993, par le meurtre d'une amie proche, Mia Zapata.
