Ali Khamraev (ou Ali Irgashalievitch Khamraev) (ouzbek : Ali Hamroyev, russe : Али Иргашалиевич Хамраев) - est un réalisateur et scénariste ouzbek né le 19 mai 1937 à Tachkent.

Ali Khamraev était un bon ami du réalisateur Tolomouch Okeev. En 1961, il fut diplômé de VGIK, le cours de Gregori Rochal. En 1969, il fut récompensé pour la qualité de ses réalisations par le gouvernement ouzbek.
