Lamont Hawkins alias U-God (ou Goldan Arms, Baby U, 4-Bar Killer, Lucky Hands), né le 11 octobre 1970 est un rappeur, membre du groupe de Staten Island Wu-Tang Clan.
U-God a fait quelques apparitions sur les albums du Wu-Tang ainsi que sur les albums solos de membres du Wu-Tang tels que GZA, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah ou même Cappadonna. Son premier album solo Golden Arms Redemption sort en 1999 et est un échec commercial. U-God invite certains membres du Wu-Tang ainsi que quelques relation comme Sunz Of Man ou son « poulain » Leatha Face, le tout sur des productions de Rza, Bink, John The Baptist, Homocide, Omonte, Hak Da Navigator, True Master & Inspectah Deck.
Puis en 2004, U-God sort un album sous le nom de U-Godz-illa dans lequel il présente des rappeurs comme Leatha Face, Black Ice, Inf-Black... L'album reçoit un bon accueil critique.
