Ce tableau, très probablement peint au début de la Révolution Française, en 1789, symbolise la réconciliation de l'Église, de la Noblesse et du Tiers État en France devant l'entrée d'un temple maçonnique. Le tableau original se trouve au Musée des Beaux-Arts de Reims, France.
