Three 6 Mafia, anciennement Triple Six Mafia, est un groupe de gangsta rap originaire de Memphis. C'est le 2e groupe de rap, après Eminem en 2002, a avoir remporté un Oscar. En effet le 5 mars 2006, il remporte l'Oscar de la meilleure chanson originale avec le titre "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" de la bande originale du film Hustle & Flow. Ils ont aussi produit d'autres tubes comme Stay Fly, Poppin' my Collar et It's a Fight qui est présenté dans le film Rocky Balboa.
