Description	Micro-jardins à Thiès, Sénégal; "One of the activities that Pap and I helped out with/observed was their mini garden ( I call it roof top garden). As you can see the garden is full of green, this is probably the most green that you willl see fo miles. Their main plant is mint. They have about 5 or 6 different varieties of mint. They plant them in soil but also use hydro planting (styrofoam plates floating in water, pictured on the right). Other vegetables are lettuce, cabbage, zuccini, eggplant, green pepper, beans, hot pepper,cucombers".
