Ted McKeever est un auteur et dessinateur américain.

Sa première série, Transit fut nominé aux Eisner Awards en 1988 pour meilleur publication, meilleur série en noir et blanc, meilleur nouvelle série, et meilleur artiste. Suivront 'Eddy Current', 'Plastic Forks' et 'Metropol'. Le style graphique de Ted McKeever est particulièrement reconnaissable, ligne épaisse et très anguleuse, dessin expressionniste et dynamique, pour une atmosphère sombre et oppressante, à la fois kafkaïenne et "eighties".

En 2004, il lancé la mini-série Enginehead avec le scénariste Joe Kelly, chez DC Comics.
