Tim Smith alias T. V. Smith né à Romford, Essex, le 5 avril 1956 est un chanteur de punk. Il débuta sa carrière avec le groupe The Adverts puis s'est lancé en solo. Il a joué avec des groupes tels que Amen ou Die Toten Hosen.
