La structure de la chanson est faite sur un riff de basse qui se répète, Joe Perry utilise dans la chanson un talk box.

A noter que la chanson est la chanson officielle du club de hockey les New York Rangers et cette chanson apparait également dans la film Starsky et Hutch et dans l'épisode 11 de la saison 1 de la série Prison Break
