Stephen Tobolowsky est un acteur et réalisateur américain, né le 30 mai 1951 à Dallas, au Texas (États-Unis).

Il incarne l'incomparable raseur Ned Ryerson dans le film Un jour sans fin de Harold Ramis car ce dernier éclata de rire dès les premiers tests. Assureur voulant absolument refiler ses contrats au présentateur de météo Phil Connors (alias Bill Murray), on le dirait tout droit sorti de Modeste et Pompon.
