en fait le nom du stade est Guiseppe Meazza, il est situé dans la commune de San Siro dans l'agglomération milanaise...

i've corrected a big mistakes. it's not true that the name of stadium changed. the stadium have only one name for the supportrs of both teams and for all the italians: San Siro. but officially the name of the stadium is Giuseppe Meazza, from the 1980, when the Milano's player died.
San Siro isn't a municipality of the Metro Area. San Siro is a neighborhood of Milano, located in the west side of the city.
