Sheryl Lee est une actrice américaine, née le 22 avril 1967 à Augsburg, en Allemagne. Elle a ensuite grandi dans l'État américain du Colorado.

Sheryl Lee est surtout connue pour avoir tenu le rôle de Laura Palmer dans le film et la série télévisée Twin Peaks.

Elle a incarné, en 2004, Mary Alice Young dans le pilote non diffusé du feuilleton Desperate Housewives.
