Philadelphia Freeway est le 1er album solo du rappeur du collectif State Property, Freeway sorti en 2003. Il est signé sur le label de Jay-Z, Roc-A-Fella Records. L'album est en majeure partie produit par Just Blaze.
Le 1er single fut "What We Do" en compagnie de Jay-Z et Beanie Sigel. Le second fut ensuite "Flipside" en duo avec un autre membre de State Property, Peedi Crakk.
