This is an image of a print entitled "A Man, Woman and Child, Natives of Terra del Fuego, in the Dress of that Country" by Sydney Parkinson.

It was taken from the National Library of Australia website here, where it is Plate I in an online reproduction of Sydney Parkinson's expedition journal "A Journal of a Voyage to the South Seas, in His Majesty's Ship, the Endeavour", first published posthumously in 1773.
