Percy Robert Miller alias Master P est un rappeur et acteur américain né le 29 avril 1967 à la Nouvelle-Orléans en Louisiane. Il est le père de Lil' Roméo, rappeur comme lui.

Élevé par ses grands-parents avec ses quatre demi-frères et sœurs, il s'est par la suite déplacé à Richmond en Californie avec sa mère en 1990. C'est là qu'il reçut un héritage de 10 000 $ qu'il investit pour former son propre label, No Limit Records, en 1994. Jusqu'à présent, Master P possède douze disques muti-platine, dix de platine, et treize albums certifiés or. Il est ainsi l'un des plus riches musiciens afro-américains avec une fortune estimée en 1999 à 361 millions de dollars.

Le premier album de Master P sur No Limit est sorti en 1991 et s'appelle Get Away Clean et s'ensuit en 1992 Mama's Bad Boy sorti sous deux cover une avec un corbillard et une torse nu, puis vient en 1994 The Ghetto Is Trying to Kill Me ! suivi en 1995 par 99 Ways to Die puis Ice Cream Man, Ghetto Dope et MP Da Last Don en 1998. Après une tentative avortée pour devenir joueur de basket-ball professionnel en NBA, Master P revient à la musique avec Only God Can Judge Me puis Ghetto Postage et Game Face en 2001. Pour son dixième album solo, Master P a libéré un double CD, Good Side, Bad Side, en mars 2004 avant de sortir Ghetto Bill Vol. 1 l'année suivante.

Master P est également le père du jeune rappeur Lil' Romeo. Il est aussi le frère du rappeur Corey Miller alias C-Murder.
