Kel Mckeown, ou Kelpe est un producteur anglais de musique électronique ayant sorti un maxi vinyl, "People are trying to sleep" (2003), et un album, "Sea inside body" (2004). Ses mélodies peuvent rappeler Plaid, Console. On ne sait pour l'instant pas grand chose de lui si ce n'est par son site internet bien sympathique qui reprend la pochette de son album. A noter qu'il a écrit et produit son album tout seul.
