Joseph Raz

Joseph Raz (né en 1939 en Israël) – philosophe travaillant sur les questions du droit, de la morale et de la politique ; professeur de philosophie du droit à Balliol College à Oxford et à Columbia Law School à New York. Élève de Herbert Hart, Raz est représentant du courant en philosophie du droit connu sous le nom de positivisme juridique (legal positivism).
