Flag of Jeux de la Francophonie

The charter of the Francophonie games specifies the flag partly:

« Règles des jeux de la Francophonie; Chapitre II : Principes fondamentaux

Article 13 : Logotype international

[...] L'emblème international traduit le regroupement, l'universalité, le rythme et les arts. Il associe l'emblème de la Francophonie d'une mesure à quatre temps symbolisant les concours culturels.

Un document intitulé "Règles et normes régissant la reproduction du logotype des Jeux de la Francophonie" est déposé au siège du CIJF.

Article 16 : Le drapeau

Le drapeau des Jeux de la Francophonie est un rectangle à fond blanc sans bordure. En son centre est situé l'emblème international des Jeux. L'espace réservé autour de l'emblème équivaut à environ 15 % de la hauteur de ce dernier. »

The proportions are unstated, but are probably 2:3 with a plausible 1:2 variant used as necessary. Probably adopted in 1989 for the first Francophonie Games.
