Harry Andrews est un acteur britannique, né le 10 novembre 1911 à Tonbridge, et décédé d'une surinfection aggravée par de l'asthme le 6 mars 1989 à Salehurst (Royaume-Uni).

Il travaille beaucoup au théâtre, notamment à l'Old Vic et au Stratford Memorial Theatre, et ne vient que tardivement au cinéma: en 1952 avec Les Bérets rouges de Terence Young. Acteur de second plan parmi les plus réputé, il tourne plus de quatre-vingts films: Alexandre le Grand, Cléopâtre, Les Cinquante-cinq Jours de Pékin, La Charge de la brigade légère, La bataille d'Angleterre, Equus, Superman, etc.).
