Geri Halliwell est une chanteuse britannique, membre des Spice Girls. Elle est née le 6 août 1972 à Watford, dans la banlieue de Londres.

Geri répond, en mars 1994, à une annonce qui recrute des jeunes chanteuses pour former un groupe de filles. Ainsi commence pour Ginger Spice (la rousse) l'aventure des Spice Girls. Avec ce groupe féminin, Geri Halliwell enregistre notamment Wannabe, Say you'll be there et 2 become 1 et jouera dans le film Spiceworld en 1997. Elle annonce à la presse qu'elle quitte le groupe, en 1998 pour entamer une carrière solo. Elle est maman d'une petite fille prénomée Bluebell née le 14 mai 2006 à Londres, Angleterre. Elle annonce son retour parmi les Spice Girls le 28 juin 2007. Geri Halliwell est donc auteur-interprète, mais également actrice (on a pu la voir dans Sex & The City, le film britannique Fat Slag ou encore Spice World: The Movie) et ambassadrice de l' ONU dans le Royaume-Uni.
