Best of Rockers 'n' Ballads est une compilation du groupe allemand de hard rock Scorpions parue en 1989 sous le label Mercury Records qui réunit leurs plus grands succès des années 1980 ainsi qu'une reprise de "I Can't Explain" des Who. Néanmoins cette compilation est parfois regardée comme étant incomplète du fait que certaines chansons considérées comme des classiques de Scorpions ne sont pas présentes.
"I Can't Explain" est sortie en single et l'album a été certifié disque de platine aux États-Unis et disque d'or en Allemagne.
