Andrew William Mellon (24 mars 1855 — 27 août 1937) est un banquier américain, industriel, philanthrope et collectionneur d'art. Il fut Secrétaire d'état au Trésor du 4 mars 1921 au 12 fevrier 1932. Il est le seul secretéaire du trésor à avoir servi sous trois présidents américains (Harding, Coolidge et Hoover).
