Vincent Petit est un ancien footballeur professionnel français, né le 2 janvier 1974 à Montauban. Cet attaquant solide mesurait 1,78 m pour 81 kg.
Formé au Montpellier HSC, il joue son premier match en Ligue 1 le 27 mai 1995 lors de la rencontre Montpellier - Rennes (0-1).
Il remporte la Coupe de la ligue de football en 1997 avec Strasbourg, ce qui constitue l'unique titre de sa carrière.
