'His Majesty's Ship "Victory", Capt. E. Harvey, in the Memorable Battle of Trafalgar between two French Ships of the Line' by John Constable. (Watercolour, 1806, now in the V&A[1])

The inscription may be a mistake - Victory's captain at the time was Thomas Hardy, whereas E. Harvey (ie Eliab Harvey) was then captain of HMS Temeraire.
