Български: Техника за първа помощ за прочистване на дихателните пътища. 1. Коренът на езика се е отпуснал назад, запушвайки фаринкса и възпрепятствайки дишането 2. С извиване на главата назад и повдигане на брадичката, езикът се повдига и освобождава дижателния път.
English: First aid technique for clearing the airways. 1. Tongue has fallen backwards towards the posterior pharynx, blocking the airway. 2. By hyperextending the head and pulling up the chin, the tongue lifts and clears the airway.
