Le 26 octobre 1881 à Tombstone, en Arizona. Ike, survivant du clan des Clanton, retrouve Doc Holliday et Wyatt Earp. Le shériff Wyatt Earp tue deux hommes du clan de Clanton. En guise de vengeance, Clanton abat le frère de Earp. Ce dernier, aidé de son ami Doc Holliday, entreprend d'éliminer les tueurs...
