L'oeuvre originale est dans le domaine public vu son âge. Il peut figurer sur wikipedia, conformément à la politique wiki en matière de peinture, telle qu'elle figure sur http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_domain_image_resources : "Accurate photographs of paintings lack expressive content and are automatically in the public domain once the painting's copyright has expired (which it has in the US if it was published before 1923).
