Harold Lee Washington (15 avril 1922 – 25 novembre 1987) était un juriste américain et politicien, représentant du premier district de l'Illinois au Congrès des États-Unis de 1981 à 1983, puis maire de Chicago, de 1983 à sa mort. Il fut le premier noir à être élu à ce poste.
