A mobile telescopic crane, is used to dismantle a 40m tower crane.

The tower crane, belonging to Falcon Crane Hire UK, had been constucting a new accomodation block for Gonville and Caius College at 5 West Road, Cambridge. The principle contractors for the build were Haymills. The mobile crane was on hire from Crane Services (Nationwide Crane Hire Ltd).

Note the two workers on the end of the remaining half of the jib of the tower crane, whose job was to unbolt each section of the crane before it was lowered to the the ground.
