Cylindrophis ruffus est une espèce de serpents de la famille des cylindrophiidae. On rencontre ce reptile en Indonésie, Malaisie, Thaïlande, Viêt Nam, Laos, Chine et au Cambodge.
On rencontre parfois cette espèce sous le nom de Cylindrophis rufus (avec un seul f), mais la graphie originale de Laurenti, 1768 comporte bien les deux f.
