Cool & Dre est un duo de producteurs américains composé de Marcello « Cool » Valenzano (né à Miami, Floride) et Andre « Dre » Christopher Lyon (né à New York City). Ils se sont rencontrés à la North Miami High School. Ils sont surtout célèbres pour avoir produit en 2005 le tube de The Game avec 50 Cent, "Hate It Or Love It", tiré de l'album The Documentary et qui s'est classé 2e au Billboard Hot 100. Mais c'est en 2004 qu'ils s'étaient fait connaitre fortement avec le titre "New York" de Ja Rule avec Jadakiss et Fat Joe.

En 2007, ils sont présents dans le film documentaire français, Beat Makerz - The Documentary, sur les producteurs de Hip-Hop.
