Coloptychon rhombifer est une espèce de reptiles diurnes et terrestres de la famille des Anguidae qui se rencontre au Panama et au Costa Rica.
Elle peut atteindre 50 centimètres de long.
C'est la seule espèce du genre Coloptychon.
